Rocking M Design has been providing architectural and landscape architectural services in the Missoula area since 1992. We emphasize the integration of building and site design to create environments that fit both the client’s needs and the site’s natural qualities through efficient use of resources. We encourage site and building designs that are sensitive to the existing natural systems and infill development to minimize impact, provide long term value to the client and community, and delight the senses. We provide a high level of personal design attention to individual clients to meet expectations for unique design solutions on each project.
Principals and co-owners Jennie and Terre Meinershagen combine knowledge and experience in their respective fields to provide comprehensive planning, design and construction phase services. We have extensive experience working with government agencies, staff, the City and County, local neighborhood groups and other stakeholders. Our firm was founded on principles of collaborative design and our approach to each project is to develop an appropriate work plan and design process to complete a sustainable project in an effective and efficient manner.
