Rocking M Design was founded in 1992 to provide professional architectural services in Missoula, Montana and the surrounding region. Terre Meinershagen, AIA, LEED AP provides comprehensive planning and architectural design services. He has extensive experience on large and small projects in rural and urban settings, working with clients to achieve their goals and providing the most value for their investment. The founding principles of good communication, high quality design and attention to detail leading to successful projects have guided the firm’s work for over 25 years.

Terre’s emphasis has been on beautifully designed homes - providing comfortable, healthy environments that are a joy to experience, while keeping energy efficiency and long term value in mind. His special interests are developing places of belonging for family and friends that fit in and take best advantage of the site, matching function and form to the owner’s lifestyle with elegant details utilizing unique as well as commonly available materials.
