Rock creek cabin
A new, small cabin adds to the character, creates privacy and minimizes site disturbance at this existing family recreation camp. Constructed with structural insulated panels, exterior colors and details were selected to match the existing structures, provide for low maintenance and blend into the woodland setting. Interior details are elegantly rustic, with rough sawn timbers provided by a local sawyer. Originally conceived as a ‘get away’ for the owner’s when some alone time was desired, the full featured cabin is essentially a tiny house that is now used full time as needs have changed.
